Our printed fabric banners are an extremely popular sustainable product. Using water based inks printed directly onto fire-rated, 100% recyclable polyester, they offer an eco-friendly fabric alternative to PVC banners, as well as a more premium and vibrant look and feel. Ideal for promotional advertising and can be used short-term outdoor or long-term indoor.
Large fabric banners are lightweight and easier to handle, store and transport than more traditional products and are equally suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Choose your material
We can print fabric banners to any shape and size and offer a range of materials suitable for all applications. We don’t recommend joining fabric to greater than 3m+ high for backlit applications, as seams will show through.
frontlit display
Frontlit display fabric is a 185gsm 100% polyester knitted textile that is ultra-matte and non-glare.
Blockout
A lightweight knitted 100% polyester textile with a PU coating. Ultra-matte and non-glare.
airmesh
Airmesh fabric is a 100% polyester knitted textile that is ultra-matte and non-glare.
flag fabric
Flag fabric is a 90gsm 100% polyester knitted textile that is matte and non-glare.
Each image has had the bottom right hand corner lifted to show the fabric backing.
Choose your finishing
Our in-house team offers different finishing options, including stitching hems and continuous eyelet webbing to the rear or loop banners for fixing the banner in place.
eyelet webbing
Our standard application finished with continuous eyelet webbing giving a cleaner look.
Cut to size
Typical application for one-time use. Banners can be fixed with cable ties through the fabric.
Pocket stitching
Typical application using loops at the top and bottom of the banner for hanging banner systems.
Hem & Eyelets
Eyelets are equally spaced on all sides. Nickle as standard or plastic available upon request.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and based on artwork being supplied as production ready PDF files in accordance with our artwork guidelines. For further information please see ARTWORK tab.

For non account customers, we require full payment before your order can be processed. Payment can be made by card over the phone or by bank transfer.
Delivery is based on a standard 5-7 working day production lead time. These may vary depending on quantities and are subject to availability. If an express turnaround is required, we will always endeavour to help.

Creating your artwork
You have 2 options when creating artwork:
1. Design your own or use your preferred agency to design it for you.
It is recommended that you speak to us before producing any artwork so that we can provide you with specific information required, for example, print bleed.
We recommend using file transfer sites to upload artwork due to the speed and ease. One of these that we recommend is WeTransfer
2. Let XG assist you with your artwork.
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements.
We will require you to complete our artwork brief which can be downloaded using the button below. This will then need to be sent to us via email to sales@xg-group.co.uk you can send a photo or a scanned version, we would also require any logos in vector format (ai,eps), fonts and relevant copy needed to complete the layout.
This process would require your approval and final sign off before production. Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process.
