Commonly there are four sizes of trestle table, 4ft, 5ft, 6ft & 8ft. The table to the right shows the standard size trestle table, which is what our sizes are based on.

Sizes & Finishing
If your table is a different size, you can follow the below to work out the size of the table cover you require;
- Length = Table length + height + height
- Width = Table depth + height + 300mm
This will ensure the fabric covers the front and sides and partially covers the back of the table. We tend to leave the back open slightly to allow for access, which is often useful at exhibitions and events for storage. We can offer a full throw for both fitted and throw style table covers.

Our table covers are laser cut for a clean smart finish, printed with digital full dye-sublimation processes using edge to edge print, allowing you to have a logo or a full custom design to maximise brand exposure.
Full Throw
Our full throw table covers are designed to quickly cover any table, allowing branding for all sides. These are laser cut providing a clean finish.
Open Back Throw
Our open back throw table covers are designed to quickly cover any table, with a cut out back for ease of access and are laser cut finished.
Full Fitted
Our full fitted table covers are designed to fit perfectly. They are laser cut & finished with stitch & seam lines following the edges of the table.
Open Back Fitted
Open back fitted table covers are laser cut & finished with stitch & seam lines following the edges of the table with a cut out back for ease of access.

For non account customers, we require full payment before your order can be processed. Payment can be made by card over the phone or by bank transfer.
Delivery is based on a standard 5-7 working day production lead time. These may vary depending on quantities and are subject to availability. If an express turnaround is required, we will always endeavour to help.

Creating your artwork
You have 2 options when creating artwork:
1. Design your own or use your preferred agency to design it for you.
We have templates for many of our products which can be found on the ‘TEMPLATES’ tab section of the relevant product page.
We recommend using file transfer sites to upload artwork due to the speed and ease. One of these that we recommend is WeTransfer
2. Let XG assist you with your artwork.
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements.
We will require you to complete our artwork brief which can be downloaded using the button below. This will then need to be sent to us via email to sales@xg-group.co.uk you can send a photo or a scanned version, we would also require any logos in vector format (ai,eps), fonts and relevant copy needed to complete the layout.
This process would require your approval and final sign off before production. Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process.
Download our templates here
Click on the PDF button for your required shape and size and open the PDF window. Once the PDF has opened you can right click the file and select ‘Save As’ to download the file to your desktop. Once completed you can upload your artwork to sales@xg-group.co.uk via WeTransfer or use your preferred file transfer service.
