Custom printed pop out banners for events
Our custom printed pop out event banners (also known as golf days banners, oval banners, stowaways or pop up bean banners) are functional and easy to set up, making them a great addition to any event, indoors or out.
Constructed with a lightweight steel frame and requiring no tools, the fabric banners simply pop up with a slight twist of the wrist to create an instant display. They also flat pack down into a small carry bag making them extremely transportable.
We offer four different sizes of banners – small, medium, large and extra large, as well as an alternative to the large in the semi-circle Portabanna which requires less floor space than the bean-shaped pop up banner.

Consider where your pop out event banner will be used, if used outdoors, ideally you want to look at a larger banner to ensure it can be seen and that it attracts visitors to your brand, if using in doors you will need to think of space and perhaps a smaller one might be best.

For non account customers, we require full payment before your order can be processed. Payment can be made by card over the phone or by bank transfer.
Delivery is based on a standard 5-7 working day production lead time. These may vary depending on quantities and are subject to availability. If an express turnaround is required, we will always endeavour to help.

Creating your artwork
You have 2 options when creating artwork:
1. Design your own or use your preferred agency to design it for you.
We have templates for many of our products which can be found on the table opposite with instructions on sending over your artwork.
2. Let XG assist you with your artwork.
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements.
We will require you to complete our artwork brief which can be downloaded using the button below. This will then need to be sent to us via email to sales@xg-group.co.uk you can send a photo or a scanned version, we would also require any logos in vector format (ai,eps), fonts and relevant copy needed to complete the layout.
This process would require your approval and final sign off before production. Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process.

Download our templates here
Click on the PDF button for your required shape and size and open the PDF window. Once the PDF has opened you can right click the file and select ‘Save As’ to download the file to your desktop. Once completed you can upload your artwork to sales@xg-group.co.uk via WeTransfer or use your preferred file transfer service.
