Intended Use	The fabric can be washed in a suitable washing machine but should be hand rinsed in ample water before machine washing to prevent colour bleeding and cross-contamination with whites.
Stability Reminder	Wash the fabric banner using a mild detergent at 30 degrees Celsius. Remove and hang immediately after the wash cycle to avoid wrinkles.
Weather Warning	Exercise caution when opening the frame. Keep hands away from moving parts to prevent injury.
Assembly Requirement	When collapsing the frame, ensure the clip is lifted and disconnected before pulling the frame apart.
Packaging Disposal	Remove and dispose of all packaging materials safely before using the product.

Yes, our prices are based on receiving print-ready artwork. If you need help creating this, we can take your logos and text to design a visual for approval at a fixed cost of £45 + VAT. If you have low-resolution logos, we can recreate them for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

For temporary events, filling the base with water is ideal since it can be emptied afterwards, making the flag lighter for transport. We recommend using sand to prevent the base from freezing and potential damage in freezing conditions.

Can telescopic rectangular flags be used in all weather conditions?

While they are designed for outdoor use, they should not be used in winds exceeding 18mph (29km/h) or Beaufort scale 4.
