Heras Banners: Materials and Durability

Our heras fence banners are produced from high-quality materials, including PVC Mesh, PVC-Free Mesh and Airmesh Fabric. Each material is B1 fire-rated, ensuring it meets safety standards for various applications.

PVC Mesh: UV-printed air-permeable PVC Mesh is a quick and cost-effective solution for branding your area. It is robust and durable in all weather conditions and allows wind to pass through, making it ideal for long-term use at construction sites and major events. Available as individual panels only.
PVC-Free Mesh: An eco-friendly, recyclable alternative to PVC Mesh with the same look and performance, it is ideal for sustainable projects and is available only as individual panels.
Airmesh Fabric: This lightweight fabric offers high air permeability, making it suitable for windy conditions. Full-colour dye-sub printed, this fabric is popular for short-term promotional events and projects. It is an excellent eco-friendly alternative to PVC Mesh, suitable for customers looking for sustainable options. Available as individual panels and continuous runs.

We offer continuous rolls of Airmesh Fabric up to a total linear meterage, with a minimum order of 10 meters. We recommend runs of no more than 10 meters for easier handling during installation.

Assembly Instructions

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Prepare the Banner	Unfold and inspect the banner for damage (eyelets, webbing, or fabric).
Align the Banner	Align the banner with the Heras fence, ensuring it’s straight and centred.
Secure the Top	Secure the top edge using rope, bungees, or cable ties through eyelets, webbing, or fabric.
Secure the Sides	Attach the sides at regular intervals, ensuring the banner is taut.
Finish the Bottom	Secure the bottom edge and adjust the tension for a smooth finish.
