Our fabric hop ups are an essential tool for any promotional or exhibition event, offering a simple, no-fuss setup that can transform your space in minutes. The hop up display is made from a durable, lightweight aluminium frame that pops into place, ensuring easy assembly and disassembly. Unlike traditional pop-up systems that need multiple panels to be aligned, our display uses a single piece of fabric for the graphic. This fabric easily attaches to the frame with Velcro, ensuring a sleek, uninterrupted graphic.

Assembly Instructions

Unpack and position	Remove all components from the packaging. Set the frame on the ground with the adjustable feet facing downwards.
Expand the frame	Gently expand the frame to its open position, ensuring it is fully extended and stable on its feet.
Secure the locks	To stabilise the structure, begin near the centre of the frame and ensure that the locking arms are securely locked at every joint.
Attach the graphics	Start attaching your textile graphic to the frame using the hook and loop fasteners around the perimeter of the frame and the graphic. Attach the fabric evenly, starting from one corner and keeping it as straight as possible to avoid any wrinkles or misalignment.
Disassembly	To disassemble, detach the textile graphic from the hook-and-loop fasteners and carefully unlock the arms, starting from the outer edges and working towards the centre. Finally, the frame collapses, and all components are stored in the packaging.

Additional information

Washing Instructions	The fabric can be washed in a suitable washing machine but should be hand rinsed in ample water before machine washing to prevent colour bleeding and cross-contamination with whites.
Detergent and Temperature	Wash the fabric banner using a mild detergent at 30 degrees Celsius. Remove and hang immediately after the wash cycle to avoid wrinkles.
Frame Handling	Exercise caution when opening the frame. Keep hands away from moving parts to prevent injury.
Frame Collapsing	When collapsing the frame, ensure the clip is lifted and disconnected before pulling the frame apart.
Product Positioning	Always position the product on a firm, level surface. Confirm that it is correctly assembled and fully extended before use.
Packaging Disposal	Remove and dispose of all packaging materials safely before using the product.
Storage	Store the product in the provided bag in a dry, clean environment to maintain its condition.

Do you offer design services for fabric hop up displays?

Yes, our prices are based on receiving print-ready artwork. If you need help creating this, we can take your logos and text to design a visual for approval at a fixed cost of £45 + VAT. If you have low-resolution logos, we can recreate them for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

Our standard production lead time is 5-7 working days. This may vary based on order quantities and availability.
