COVID-19 January 2021 Service Update
Following the Government announcement on the 4th of January, outlining a national lockdown, we at XG Group wanted to reassure all of our valued customers that we remain open and will continue to provide the same service you are accustomed too.
The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our first priority. Our Sales and Customer Service teams are working remotely and we have implemented additional procedures and processes which enable us to maintain great customer service throughout this challenging and unprecedented time that Covid-19 has presented.
We have continually monitored the situation, with the aim that services to our customers are not affected. We will continue to follow the advice given from Public Health England, the Worldwide Health Organisation and the Government on the situation.
We shall keep you informed should the situation change in any way.
