2. Fitted to your needs

Did you know we make graphics to fit every tension fabric system on the market? All we need to know is the type of frame and the outer frame measurement to make you a new graphic. If you want to update the fabric of your current system, we can make it in a new material in a choice of fabrics for backlit, blockout, or frontlit.

3. It’s getting a little tense!

…On the fabric front, that is. Tension fabric needs precise measuring to give you the flawless fit you expect in a TFS frame. The size of the graphic for your tension fabric system is carefully calculated using our formula, considering the percentage of stretch in the material and the size of the frame to ensure you get the best fit for your frame. This measurement is then automatically laser-cut for the highest possible accuracy and sewn using expert equipment that precisely lines the fabric to the frame. This combination of our experience and high-tech machinery guarantees the quality you expect.

4. Get colour creative

We use UV and digital dye sub-printing for our products, most often using digital dye sub-printing for our tension fabric. This method is dyed into the product, using an in-line process to cure the inks that reach high temperatures. This method evaporates the water in the ink, leaving pure, vibrant colour on your fabric. We take Pantone colours from your artwork, which is automatically colour-matched and converted to CMYK values, ensuring you get the best full-colour print possible. If you’d like to learn more about our colour-matching process, read it here.

5. You got this

We can quickly despatch anywhere in the UK, so you’ll have your expertly printed TFS frame in no time. The graphics come neatly boxed ready for you to install, which takes a matter of minutes. You also won’t have to worry about creases or wrinkles, as these will drop out under tension. However, if you have any questions about the process, simply get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help.
