RNLI Giant Pitch Banners at Croke Park

RNLI and GAA Partner to Promote Water Safety at Croke Park

The RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) and the GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) teamed up to launch a vital partnership focused on reducing the number of drowning incidents along the Irish coastline. The collaboration was highlighted at the All-Ireland semi-final between Mayo and Kerry at Croke Park Stadium, where lifeboat crews from across Ireland gathered to raise awareness for the RNLI’s “Respect the Water” campaign.

Ahead of the match, the crews displayed two giant pitch banners promoting water safety in front of 66,000 spectators, delivering a powerful message about the importance of respecting the water.

RNLI and GAA Partner to Reduce Drownings by 2024

The RNLI has set an ambitious goal of halving the number of drownings along the Irish coast from the current average of 28 per year by 2024, and this partnership with the GAA marks a significant step toward achieving that target.

Bring your message to the forefront with our durable pitch banners, designed for maximum visibility at stadiums and large events.
