Solution

Our solution was to ensure our client knew how to supply artwork and orders consistently to minimise any delays in processing jobs. This included using very simple but effective methods of correctly sizing the numerous different TFS frame systems.

To ensure consistency, we use tried-and-tested quality fabrics and production methods. Dye sub-printing delivers the best result for the exhibition market. Options of materials and production methods were made and agreed upon, with a focus on three core products: blockout, Frontlit, and Backlit fabrics.

Our tailored service level proposal included simple square meter pricing comparable with the previous trade supplier, standard production lead times that were better than the previous supplier, and a commitment to work together on any requirements for special actions such as short lead times or price support for larger projects.

Thanks to our industry-leading preproduction artwork processing methods, we were able to offer an extra layer of front-loaded quality assurance that many of our competitors are not able to offer.

As a result, our client has complete faith in using XG as their print partner for TFS graphics. In our last trading year, over more than 50 projects, we had a zero failure rate in relation to, amongst other things, Lead times or graphic fitment.
