Ordering

Order confirmation

Your order will be checked and processed as soon as possible after it is received. Some delays will occur over a weekend and bank holidays.

  • If an order is urgent or for a specific deadline it is always advisable to call and confirm it has been received.
  • You will then receive a final e-mail confirmation from our office that your order is proceeding
  • We will (if applicable) email you details of how to download the artwork template and explain how to supply us your finished artwork
  • Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive

We understand that by placing an order you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Order payment

Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed.

Cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro

We accept prepayment by cheque against a Proforma Invoice. We cannot proceed with your order until a cheque has cleared. (Please be aware of how this may affect delivery times for exhibition dates and corporate events)

Strict 30 Day Accounts (subject to arrangement)

30 Day Accounts may be opened for any regular customer by special arrangement with at least two trade references. To apply for an account telephone us on: 01280 707 180.

Prices

All prices quoted exclude UK VAT, which will be added at the current rate, and delivery.

Customer Details

Your customer details will not be passed on to any other party at any other time. We may however like to contact you to keep you informed of new developments or special offers within our own service. You can choose to not be on our mailing list when you submit an order.

Security

  • We will not allow any other party access to your information at any point in time.
  • All credit card information is destroyed after use.

Accounts

We are happy to set up 30 day accounts for clients wishing to use our services regularly. We would need to see at least 2 trade credit references prior to giving you an account. To apply for an account telephone us on: 01280 707 180.

Lead time on orders

We are able to turn orders around within 5 working days of receipt of approved artwork and payment. (Subject to volume and availability)

However if you do have an urgent deadline give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

Artwork

Preparing your artwork

We provide templates for all of our products in the most popular design programme format. These are ideal for designers to create your artwork to the precise proportions and specifications. In some cases we can take your hi resolution pictures and logos to create a design for you. Please contact us regarding prices and conditions for this service.

You can download technical specification sheets in PDF format for most of our products. In these documents you will find detailed information about size, weight etc. The document also contains pictures of the stand and close-ups of its main features.

Environment

XG are committed to protecting the environment and reduce, recycle and reuse materials and energy wherever possible. Our direct to textile printing is one of the most sustainable available in the UK, using eco-friendly, water-based inks.

As of January 2023 XG is a Carbon Neutral Business. We have partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain™ to measure and offset our carbon footprint, to become Certified as a Carbon Neutral Business. Calculation have been made using ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol Emissions Standard.
