Things to consider...
- Do you want your blind inside or outside your window recess?
- What branding do you want on your blind, and where will it be visible?
Consider key logo, messages & branding positions on the blind, taking in all drop positions in to account. For example, placing a logo centrally high will be fine if the blind is fully extended but may not when partly retracted. Take a look at our artwork guide in the ‘Artwork & Templates’ tab section.

Our digitally printed roller blinds are available up to 3m wide and can be produced with the graphic facing inwards (ideal for interiors like office spaces) or with the graphic facing outwards, which is ideal to display your company logo/information.
Our compact roller blind system comes with a plastic chain as standard (metal available at additional cost), a weighted bar that slots into a pocket loop at the bottom of the blind and the fixings required for installation.
We use a polyester fabric, coated with acrylic with an opaque grey on the reverse. This fabric is PVC free and hangs smoothly without curling. The grey coating on the reverse of this product will block light to a large extent but it is not a true blockout fabric.

Durable and reliable our Blind mechanism comes with white metal universal brackets for face, top or side fixing.
A weighted bar that slots into a pocket loop at the bottom of the blind to ensures the blind hangs correctly.
Our compact roller blind system comes with a plastic chain as standard (metal available at additional cost).
Grey back fabric to block light and help with your interior space while still letting partial light through.
How to measure...
There are two types of roller blind fittings, the inside recess or the outside recess fit. If you are going to be fitting multiple blinds you will need to allow a minimum gap of 30mm between blinds for the brackets and chain mechanism.
Inside the window recess
You will need to ensure that the recess is clear of any obstructions that will prevent your blind from hanging freely.
Please measure the width and drop inside of the window recess and provide the exact measurement in mm.
Measure in 3 places for both the width and the drop. For the width, compare the measurement at the top of the recess with the smallest of the measurements you’ve taken – if the difference between those is less than 25mm, use the measurement at the top of the recess. If it is not, use the smallest measurement.
Outside the window recess
Before measuring, please decide how far you will want your blind to overlap your window (we recommend 100mm on both sides).
Measure the full width and height of the recess (the size of the hole if you like) and add a little extra to the top and to each side. We will make the blind to the size you specify with no deductions.
The overlap at the bottom of the blind is a matter of personal choice but please take into account obstacles such as radiators.
*The roller blind fabric width will be narrower than the overall exact blind due to the mechanism.

Delivery is based on a standard 5-7 working day production lead time. These may vary depending on quantities and are subject to availability. If an express turnaround is required, we will always endeavour to help.

Creating your artwork
You have 2 options when creating artwork:
1. Design your own or use your preferred agency to design it for you.
We have templates available for many of our products which can be downloaded from the table opposite and instructions on sending artwork over are beneath it.
2. Let XG assist you with your artwork.
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements.
We will require you to complete our artwork brief which can be downloaded using the button below. This will then need to be sent to us via email to sales@xg-group.co.uk you can send a photo or a scanned version, we would also require any logos in vector format (ai,eps), fonts and relevant copy needed to complete the layout.
This process would require your approval and final sign off before production. Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process.
