Our PVC-free banners are 100% recyclable, providing an economically viable and environmentally friendly advertising alternative to traditional PVC banners. Our PVC-free banners are fire-rated, REACH (Regulation of Chemicals) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) approved.
We produce these banners in the same way, with the strength, look, and feel of a PVC banner material, making our PVC-free options a viable substitute for all indoor and outdoor banner applications.
To ensure that the banners can be safely recycled, we use PVC-free eyelets in clear and black options, so you do not have to remove any metal eyelets before disposal.

Our PVC-Free banners have stringent eco accreditation, including REACH & LCA compliance, unlike traditional PVC, it can be used in waste-to-energy centres where it can be incinerated safely without any harmful effects to health of the environment. There are also s number of specialist companies like Howe to Recycle provide a traceable, closed-loop recycling service to facilitate waste recycling.
Choose your material
We can produce your banner to almost any size. We produce widths up to 5m in one section, or we can print many sections and weld them together to produce large banners depending on your application.
PVC-Free Banner
Our PVC-Free banner is a frontlit material with a grey reverse. Made from 56% polyester scrim and a 44% PA water-based coating. This material has the strength, look, feel and performance of PVC banner, and is a fantastic environmentally friendly alternative.
Perfect for all long-term indoor and outdoor purposes. The entire face can be printed. Available as single-sided option only.
pvc-free mesh
PVC-Free Mesh is an air-permeable banner material. It is made from 46% polyester scrim and 54% PA Water-based coating. It has the performance, look and feel of PVC mesh banner and is an excellent choice for internal and external mesh applications.
Recommended for short to mid-term promotional purposes. entire face can be printed. Single-sided option only.
pvc-free blockout
PVC-free Blockout banner is a double-sided no-curl material with 76% opacity. Made from 46% polyester scrim and 54% PA water-based coating. Printable on both side, with the same performance, look and feel of a coated textile/banner material.
Ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor purposes. The entire face can be printed. Available as single-sided or double-sided.

Our in-house team offers different finishing options, including stitching hems and eyelets, loop pocket and more for fixing the banner in place.
We use recyclable plastic eyelets instead of metal, clear and black options available.

The most popular choice, which allows you to fix your banner securely.

Added hems for more permanent use, reinforce the eyelets fixings.

Loops at top and bottom of the banner for hanging pole systems.

Creating your artwork
You have 2 options when creating artwork:
1. Design your own or use your preferred agency to design it for you.
It is recommended that you speak to us before producing any artwork so that we can provide you with specific information required, for example, print bleed.
We recommend using file transfer sites to upload artwork due to the speed and ease. One of these that we recommend is WeTransfer
2. Let XG assist you with your artwork.
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements.
We will require you to complete our artwork brief which can be downloaded using the button below. This will then need to be sent to us via email to sales@xg-group.co.uk you can send a photo or a scanned version, we would also require any logos in vector format (ai,eps), fonts and relevant copy needed to complete the layout.
This process would require your approval and final sign off before production. Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process.
