Artwork guidelines to help us achieve the best results
Please find below details on artwork guidelines and how to transfer your artwork to our team. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so by following these guidelines it will help us to deliver products that meet your expectations and keep turnaround times to a minimum.
If you want to create your own artwork, we have templates for many of our products which can be found on the tab section of the relevant product page.
The best file format is a high-quality print PDF, which is easier to send and avoids issues with file formats, fonts and missing/corrupt graphics.
The artwork should be supplied at a maximum of 150DPI at full size, or scaled to 10%, 25% or 50%. Image bleed is essential, however this changes depending on the material and print process. Please provide us with Pantone references in order for us to achieve the closest possible match to your brand colours.*
*Slight colour variation may occur in the printing process.
Let us assist you with your artwork
If you require assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help lay out your supplied elements. We would require a clear brief and any logos (ai,eps) fonts, relevant copy and colours are needed to complete the layout. This process would require your approval and final sign off before production.
Please note, we do charge for artwork and we will discuss this during the quote process. All artwork must be prepaid before we pass on to our studio for visuals.
For ease and speed, we recommend using file transfer sites to upload artwork. The one we recommend is WeTransfer. Simply follow the instructions below:

- Enter your name & company as a reference in the message section
