The best file format to use is a high-quality print PDF, as it simplifies the process, reduces file format issues, and ensures fonts and graphics are intact.

If you need help preparing your artwork, we can lay out the supplied elements. To complete the layout, we would need a clear brief and any logos in vector format (AI, EPS), fonts, relevant copy, and colours. This process would require your approval and final sign-off before production.
Please note that we charge for artwork and will discuss this during the quote process. All artwork must be prepaid before we send it to our studio for visuals.
For quick and easy artwork upload, we recommend using WeTransfer. Simply follow the instructions on the WeTransfer site to upload your file. Be sure to include your name and company as a reference in the message section before sending.
We recommend submitting artwork as a high-quality print PDF to avoid issues with file formats, fonts, or missing/corrupt graphics.

Artwork should be supplied to scale at either 100%, 50%, 25%, or 10% of the final printed size.
We recommend using images at 150 dpi (dots per inch) at full size for best results to ensure high print quality.
