Using Tensioned Fabrics and the T3 Fabframe

Dramatic shapes, extreme flexibility, ease of assembly and an ability to build up to 6m high are some of the many reasons to use tension fabrics displays to create high impact towers, hanging signs, backwalls, soft lightboxes and conference areas for exhibitions and trade show.

Today’s fabrics are not only dramatic, durable and cost efficient, but also fire retardant to meet trades show safety requirements. The new T3 Fabframe Channel profile has been specifically designed to work with large fabric panels.

Fitting of textile graphics:

There is an enormous variety of fabrics to choose from, depending on the size and effect you are looking to achieve. Hanging or overhead panels can also be used for blocking or shading light.

Using rollable graphics and the T3 Fabframe

Rollable graphics like those used on pop ups are also an effective way to brand T3 systems.

Semi rigid, rollable graphics:

Rollable graphics can be attached to both the Classic and Channel tube profiles.

Using rigid graphics and T3

Rigid graphics panels cover large flat areas with ease to create graphic partitions, display walls, storage areas, towers, plinths and counters. The robust nature of the T3 Fabframe means that it can easily accommodate panels of all types and weights from 2mm Foamex or Dibond up to 19mm plywood. Panels can be surface mounted for a seamless look or set within the frame using ‘L’ angle profiles.

• More durable than rollable graphics
• Easily attachable to the T3 Fabframe using magnetic tape or hook and loop (Velcro®) or any mechanical fixings (hooks, screws, bolts, clamps etc.)

Fitting of rigid graphics:

Rigid graphics panels can be attached to both the Classic and Channel tube profiles.

Lightweight panels such as foamex can be surface fitted with T3 Graphic Hangers and magnetic tape. Backlit panels can be either fixed within the tubular framework using ‘L’ angle profiles allowing the frame to be seen, or surface fixed for a seamless look.

Load bearing panels and shelves can be incorporated into T3 designs with the same fixing method. “Floating” panels can be created with the T3 by combining stand-off sign fittings with our threaded inserts fitted into either the tube itself or into a bayonet accessory designed to lock directly into the T3 Connector.
