Large Format Digital Print

We offer photographic quality, large format print production for indoor and outdoor applications, such as exhibition, event, POS/POP display, PVC banners, self adhesive graphics as well as indoor and outdoor branding.

Superwide Digital Print

Our superwide digital capability is suited to the large and small volume production of high quality print. With a continuous investment programme into more sustainable solutions, XG’s superwide capabilities include sustainable aqua-based dye-sublimation textile printing, which is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.

Typical applications for Superwide include backdrops, large format fabric and PVC banners, mesh banners, event and promotional branding, retail drapes and building wraps.

Direct to Substrate and White Ink Printing

Our ability to print onto rigid or flexible substrates using UV curable inks, coupled with the ability to print white ink to a very high resolution, positions XG well above the industry standard.

By printing directly on to virtually any substrate (subject to testing), we reduce the need for extra finishing processes meaning quicker turnaround times.

Automated CNC Cutting and Finishing

Equipped with a diverse range of cutting and routing tools, our finishing table enables us to accurately convert any printed material into a range of finished products including profile cut decals, rigid display panels, 3D displays, cardboard engineering, digital die cut and general signage.

Vinyl Graphic Production

By cad cutting a vast range of coloured, special effect or digitally printed self adhesive films we can produce self adhesive graphics and decals for a range of short-term or permanent applications, such as vehicle and fleet graphics, retail POS, exhibition and display, general signage and window decoration.
